Financial Assistance to Students

from poor economic background

With the meagre amount, the Foundation is extending financial assistance to students from class-9(nine) to class-10 coming from very poor economic background whose parents are identified as from the ‘Below Poverty Line’ [BPL] by the government. It is on-going activities four schools, three in Assam and one in Arunachal Pradesh. The school authorities select such students who are really more deserving than others from amongst the students of the same kind of family background.

In Secondary Education Board of Assam, SEBA (Class-X Examination) the performance of the beneficiary student is encouraging;

  • 2016

    In the year 2016, one of the students achieved 92%

  • 2018

    In the year 2018 another who secured more than 90%

  • 2019

    In the year 2019 one student scored 88.9%

  • 2016-22

    Others are found to be scoring Distinction marks in individual subjects.

  • 2016-2022

    Such students are continued with the scholarship beyond Class-10.
